Our company represents on the territory of Poland the Italian company Domino http://dominovi.it, a manufacturer of croissant dough machines, among other products.

Advantages of croissant dough machines

The croissant maker model ROLL 26 + FL is a development version of the basic design of the ROLL 26 croissant maker.

Construction, design and operation of croissants

The construction of the machine remains essentially the same as the ROLL 26 croissant, but one modification significantly alters and extends the capabilities of the croissant. The manufacturer has added a folding extension table to the supporting structure, using the existing drive by means of an additional chain transmission. This is a simple folding component made up of a conveyor belt, an adjustable pressure table and height-adjustable tightening legs. The other components are the same as on the ROLL 26 croissant, only the feeding of the finished product backwards towards the operator is no longer possible.

The principle of the machine remains essentially unchanged, but its additional function expands the user's options:

  • The operator places the technologically correctly prepared and evenly divided dough on the feeder, maintaining the correct spacing and pace of work.

NOTE - for long moulds, such as hatchings for challah, the pieces must be placed centrally on the infeed conveyor.

  •  A piece of dough gets between the hardened rollers, where it takes the form of an elliptical, rolled-out cake according to the settings.
  •  The dough sheet arrives between the cooperating two belts, where it is rolled up according to the parameters set by the operator.
  •  The prepared product is ejected by the machine onto a conveyor belt at the front of the machine, after which the operator decides on the further technological process, i.e:

a)Leaves the pressure table raised, does not change the structure or shape of the product

b)By pressing the table against the conveyor belt the product is further elongated

The finished products we obtain with the ROLL 26 + FL croissant machine:

  • croissants
  • pizzeria-type cakes
  • elongated croissants
  • fingers
  • half a baguette
  • hatching to challah

When work is complete, the operator cleans the machine of small dough fragments and sweeps away the flour.

Assembly, implementation and post-purchase support

The corrugator with extension table, ROLL26+FL, is a user-friendly machine.

Our company sells, implements and services croissants to our customers, both domestic and foreign.

After many years of use, the croissant can be handed over to us for refurbishment and we will provide a replacement croissant for that time.

Being aware of unique recipes, regional conditions and raw materials, we offer the possibility to try out the machine before purchase. Details of this procedure will be provided by our employee Mr Zbyszek 603 307 306 on request.

During the implementation, Bagmasz will provide training in the use and cleaning of the croissant, health and safety training and maintenance rules.

Financing and leasing, guarantee

We provide warranty and post-warranty service and support in applying for financing through leasing at several financial institutions.
