The fruit and vegetable shredder, is a professional industrial machine designed for industrial-scale shredding of fruit and vegetables, solving the problems of low productivity and inconsistent quality in manual or small-scale shredding. Its main advantage is its industrial capacity, and with a 2.5 kW high-torque motor and 4 groups of tungsten steel blades, the unit can process up to 3,000 kg of produce per hour, covering a wide range of ingredients, from leafy green vegetables such as spinach and lettuce, to root vegetables such as carrots and potatoes, to soft fruits such as apples and mangoes.

The machine has adjustable strip widths of 1 - 8 mm and 3 speeds: low (for soft fruit), medium (for leafy vegetables), high (for hard vegetables), allowing precise adjustment to different production needs, whether thin strips for fruit desserts or thick strips of vegetables for marinating, for example. Designed for long and intensive use, the machine has a reinforced stainless steel frame that can withstand 8-12 hours of continuous use per day without deformation. All parts in contact with food, the blades and the infeed conveyor plate, are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with safety standards.

Integration into production processes is seamless - the machine connects to washing and packaging equipment via conveyor belts, creating an automated chain that reduces manual labour by 65%. Safety is a priority - an emergency stop button with infrared sensor and a fully enclosed blade chamber prevent accidents during operation.
