Carrot peeler

The carrot peeler, is a peeling device specially designed for carrots with a cylindrical shape. It precisely removes the peel thanks to its adaptive peeling structure. Its main advantage is to avoid "incomplete peel removal" and "wasted flesh" caused by manual peeling. The machine supports an adjustable peeling thickness (typically 0.3-1.5 mm) and automatically adjusts the peeling force according to the size of the carrots to minimise flesh loss. It is also equipped with a system that automatically separates residual peel in finished products
