Advantages of croissant dough machines

The croissant machine model Roll 26 is a machine designed for the production of croissants, finger foods and other small bakery and confectionery products from yeast dough in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Construction, design and operation of croissants

Machine construction:

  • Construction based on a steel frame,
  • Short conveyor belt feeding the dough pieces onto chromium-plated kneading rollers protected by an openwork cover,
  • Adjustable aprons/wool bands for wrapping the rolled out dough,
  • Teflon scrapers,
  • Manual crush zone control,
  • Locking one apron for working with unrolled moulds,
  • Pull-out drawers for receiving the finished product at the front and rear of the machine,
  • Electrical connection and control with safeguards to CE standards,
  • Lacquered or stainless steel enclosures (option at extra charge on request),
  • Running wheels with brakes.

The principle of the machine is very simple:

  •  The operator places the technologically correctly prepared and evenly divided dough on the feeder, maintaining the correct spacing and pace of work.
  •  A piece of dough gets between the hardened rollers, where it takes the form of an elliptical rolled-out cake according to the settings.
  •  The dough sheet arrives between the cooperating two aprons, where it is rolled up according to the parameters set by the operator.
  •  The prepared product is ejected by the machine onto a drawer at the back or front of the machine, after which the operator deposits the billet onto a baking tray giving it its final shape.
  •  When work is complete, the operator cleans the machine of small dough fragments and sweeps away the flour.

Assembly, implementation and post-purchase support

The Roll26 corrugator, is a simple, mobile, efficient and user-friendly machine. Bagmasz has been selling, implementing and servicing these machines for many years with our customers at home and abroad. After years of use, this machine can be referred for overhaul and we will provide a replacement machine with the same parameters for that time.

Being aware of unique recipes, regional conditions and raw materials, we offer the possibility to try out the machine before purchase. Details of this procedure will be provided by our employee Mr Zbyszek 603 307 306 on request.

During the implementation, Bagmash provides training in the operation and cleaning of the machine, health and safety training and maintenance rules.

Financing and leasing, guarantee
