Pizza ovens
Wood-fired, gas-fired and electric. They are specialised equipment equipped with the latest technological advances, such as LCD touchscreen displays, thermostats and other additional options for programming operating parameters. The interiors of the chambers are made of refractory materials and magnetic safety valves protect users.
Pizza rollers
These small appliances revolutionise the process of preparing pizza dough. They have adjustable dough thickness and a speed of 1,400 rpm for efficient operation. The included Plexiglas safety cover, as well as a button with an emergency stop function, ensure operator safety during the operation of the machine. The rolling pans have a durable and stable body made of aesthetically finished stainless steel.
Dough mixers
Spiral mixers have a very low failure rate. The units are very functional and intuitive to use, and the special reinforced construction and robust spiral design mean that the mixer can be used for many years. Special switches and guards take care of user safety, while the two-speed drive facilitates operation. Components in direct contact with the food being prepared are made of stainless steel.
Shock freezers
When completing your pizzeria equipment, do not forget the blast freezer, which allows you to quickly chill and freeze your products. The blast freezing mode ensures that the food is still full of valuable nutrients after defrosting. Freezing cycles are controlled by a temperature sensor and a hydraulic self-closing device prevents the chamber from unsealing. Blast freezers have an automatic return to maintenance mode at the end of each freezing cycle.
