Release agents prevent products from sticking to baking trays and moulds and, unlike ordinary oil or other fats, they do not require such frequent application and do not leave unwanted build-up.
Moulds or baking trays - after one lubrication - can even be used several times.
Another important feature of these lubricants is their high combustion temperature of up to 270̊ C. By using lubricants, we get rid of the problem of black carbon build-up on sheet metal, which is caused by burning ordinary oil, whose combustion temperature is 170˚ C. When the temperature in the chamber is 210-220̊ C, ordinary oil simply doesn't stand a chance. A third feature of the unit is the pneumatic application system, which allows precise dosing and application of the agent and reduces consumption and also working time to 60%.
The use of release agents reduces the effort required to clean moulds and baking trays and extends their service life, while maintaining the very high quality of the products baked on them.
