Advantages of the water cooler
We offer coolers Bolt series "M", which are specialised refrigeration units. Their task is to remove the heat generated in technological processes via water or other media circulating in closed circuits according to the parameters set for these processes.
The water cooler is designed to cool water required for production processes, e.g. in a bakery, confectionery. The device is particularly useful in summer when the water in the municipal network is 20 degrees C or more. The cooler itself draws water from the water mains and lowers its temperature by 10-12 degrees C. The capacity of this model is 300 litres per hour
Operation of water coolers
Water coolers Bolt are compact designs with compressor units and thermally insulated buffer tanks in which chilled water and return water are mixed. The temperature of the mixed water is displayed on the controller. Heat exchange takes place in the buffer tank, in which a modern evaporator unit is located, fed by dynamic capillaries.
Circulation and heat exchange are forced by a dual-function pump with a disc-screw mixer or a vortex pump.
Design of water coolers
The coolers operate in the 20/15 standardoC, 12/7oC, and as chillers in glycol-free or HAF-Eis systems (-3oC) with a glycol mixture.
They are suitable for continuous operation (FLOW), carried out in an automatic cycle (AUT).
Currently, chillers are produced in capacities ranging from 0.5 to 32 kW and extremely wide outlet temperature ranges (from chilled water → to +25 oC).
The units represent energy class EER/COP = A/B, as they produce an ice accumulator in which the cold is stored during periods of lower heat loads on the chiller. In addition, they are (optionally) equipped with a booster air-cooling stage (Air - freecooling).

The number in the name indicates the capacity of the cooler, e.g. 300/M means a capacity of 300l per hour.
Installation, warranty and post-purchase support
The desuperheater is mounted on the wall, on special brackets in a dust-free location and is connected to the water mains with a ½ inch pressure hose. The outlet of the desuperheater is connected to the water dispenser-mixer to the chilled water connection.
We provide telephone support 24 hours a day.
The water cooler is guaranteed for 12 months.
