Electric rotary kilns

CR series rotary kilns are ideal for baking all types of bread and for making cakes and pastries.

These ovens are designed to operate with one or two trolleys. Electric ovens with a rotating trolley, also meet the requirements of simplicity of operation, energy saving and space optimisation.

• The PAIR GENERATOR ensures a constant and large amount of steam even during continuous operation;

• STAINLESS STEEL BAKER with SPRINGS to regulate air flow;
• TWO LAYER INSULATION;
• The DOORS are very thick and airtight. The internal handle gives a complete guarantee of safety. The thickness of the glass provides excellent resistance to thermal shock, and its large dimensions allow easy inspection of the product during baking. The door seals are made of stainless steel and silicone rubber, highly resistant to heat, ageing and impact, and the inner and outer glass panes can be easily removed for cleaning;
• CONTROL PANEL, extremely easy to read and operate, complying with the latest safety regulations. On request, it can be equipped with a computerised control system for all oven functions and allows a large number of work programmes and recipes to be stored. (Touch panel option).

Another group is the PICCOLO electric rotary oven  uses the latest technical solutions. It is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel.

• The oven has 5 blow fans and a misting system
• Complete with trolley for 16 sheets, suspended from the hook

• Double glazing in the door for very good insulation of the baking temperature
