As we have written about before, Weber ovens provide excellent baking results and legendary reliability. The oven housing is made of stainless steel. Its advantage is traditional baking on stone herts without forced air circulation. This ensures that the right microclimate is maintained inside the baking chamber, so that the baked products are not dried out (characterised by low weight loss). The steaming on each module of your choice makes this oven comfortable to use and allows the baking of any product.
The halogen lighting and glass door make it easy to follow the baking.

How do our ovens work?
Weber cookers are only developed as modular cookers (the same design is used by all reputable manufacturers). This means it is much easier to operate the appliance in the future. Our ovens can always be extended with additional chambers. They do not lose their existing appearance and functionality. They can be divided into smaller independently operating units; they are easier to move to another location. After many years of operation, in the event of an oven failure, the user only switches off the chamber where the failure occurred, continue to operate the other furnace modules without interruption while waiting for the service to arrive. WEBER cooker design.
Below is a description of the basic components that make up each Weber oven chamber.
The body of the chamber, which is formed from components in the welding department, is sandblasted and coated with a special high-temperature coating. This is followed by electro-mechanics who assemble the heaters, contactors and other necessary components purchased from the best suppliers, which have proven themselves over many years of cooperation. In the final phase of production, the chambers are separated by a special type of insulation, which ensures perfect insulation between the modules and the external insulation of the furnace.
Assembly in this way enables final testing of the WEBER oven still at Bagmasz. The oven is then heated to baking temperature for 2 days. Your employees can then focus exclusively on baking. They are sure to quickly notice that our device performs perfectly on all kinds of baked goods. The panel installed in the oven has the possibility to save your own baking programmes. Operation of the oven is simple and the setting of parameters such as baking time or temperature is intuitive, i.e. easy and trouble-free.

-integrated furnace loading
Thanks to their excellent insulation, Weber ovens have a thermal inertia to bear in mind during the first days of operation. The large temperature and time displays allow you to see the current oven situation from afar.

When purchasing the oven, immediately after installation, our staff explain the oven's operation and handling in detail, also carrying out test baking. The purchaser receives all necessary instructions and other documents.
