The oven is encased in a stainless steel sheet. Its advantage is traditional baking on stone herts without forced air circulation. This ensures that the right microclimate is maintained inside the baking chamber. As a result, the baked products are not dried out (they are characterised by low weight loss).

Fogging on each module makes the oven convenient to use and allows any product to be baked. Halogen lighting and a glazed door allow you to follow the baking without any problems.

The large intuitive control panel provides easy and clear settings and the ability to create your own baking programmes.

Operation of WEBER cookers

Weber ovens are manufactured as modular ovens (the same design is used by all renowned oven manufacturers). They can always be extended with additional chambers. They do not lose their current design and functionality. Each furnace can be divided into smaller, independently operating units. After many years of operation, if one of the chambers fails, the user switches off only the chamber where the failure occurred. The user can then operate the other chambers of the furnace without interruption. How is a WEBER cooker constructed?

The body of the chamber is formed from components assembled in the welding department. It is then sandblasted and coated with a special heat-resistant coating. In the next stage, the work is carried out by electro-mechanics, whose task is to assemble heaters, contactors and other furnace components, purchased from the best suppliers. The final phase of production is the insulation of the kiln, ensuring perfect insulation between the modules and on the outside of the kiln.

The assembly carried out in this way enables final testing of the WEBER oven while it is still in our company. The oven is heated up to baking temperature; this takes about 2 days. This allows the customer to start baking immediately. The panel, which is installed in the oven, has the possibility to save your own baking programmes. Setting parameters such as baking time or temperature is intuitive, i.e. easy and trouble-free.

In addition, each cooker can be equipped with:

  • a proofing machine or a stand on wheels,
  • loading apparatus,
  • integrated oven loading system.

Thanks to their excellent insulation, our cookers have a thermal inertia that should be borne in mind in the early days of their operation.
