Shock freezers

Product description

SCH 46, are cabinet blast freezers designed for pre-cooling and quick freezing of products.

They are available in standard or tunnel versions (option on request) and can accommodate from 1 to 4 trolleys with dimensions of 400x600mm ( depending on the model).

Key features of the SCH 46 freezer:

  • cooling at a positive temperature,
  • cooling in sub-zero temperatures,
  • shock freezing mode,
  • automatic return To maintenance mode at the end of each cycle.

Key features of the freezer:

  • Stopping the fan when the door is opened.
  • Panels insulated with 42kg / m3 polyurethane foam, 80mm thick.
  • Cycles controlled by the temperature sensor.
  • Insulated 15 mm thick PVC floor with 304 stainless steel coating.
  • Internal protective layer in stainless steel (2 mm thick).
  • Ergonomic handle and standard automatic interior illuminated by LEDs.
  • Hydraulic door closer (mechanical seal) at handle height to ensure tightness.
