Product description
Automatic line for the production of stamped and unstamped buns (e.g. Kaiser, hamburger, Italian rosetta and spaccatina) weighing between 50 and 70 grams.
Once the dough is in the hopper, the drum divider produces the dough pieces by weight and discharges them inside the drum, which rounds them off thanks to an oscillating movement. After the dough pieces are rounded, the discharge belts transport the dough pieces towards the exit. A synchronisation signal from the distributor controls the proofing unit. Automatic discharge onto 800×600 mm trays.
The machine has been built in accordance with hygiene, accident prevention and all electrical standards.
