Bread-making lines

Bakery line for artisan and industrial breads consists of a weighing machine, a conical rounding machine, a static separator and an elongating machine.

  1. Weightlifter - precisely divides the dough into pieces, guaranteeing a reproducible weight. The eco-friendly vegetable oil lubrication system ensures safe and economical operation.
  2. Conical rounding machine - streamlines the process of shaping the dough pieces and directs them to the intermediate dough pans, minimising the physical effort of the workers.
  3. Static intermittent plant - stabilises the structure of the dough, ensuring optimum time to rise before elongation.
  4. Extender - gives the final shape to the loaf, ready for baking or further processing.

The whole line only requires two-person serviceand energy consumption is only 3.4 kW, which is extremely economical.

Roll production lines

Our bakery line for bread rolls allows rolls to be automatically formed, rolled and unloaded onto trays. Depending on the configuration, it can produce:

  • Kaiser rolls, hamburger rolls and Italian rolls
