How does the bread divider work?

The working process of the bread dough divider is simple and intuitive. The operator sets the weight parameters and operating speed, then lubricates with vegetable oil and loads the dough - either manually or with the help of a tumbler into the bowl.

When the machine is started, the dough is sucked into the working cylinder, where a piston measures out a portion of a specific volume, corresponding to the set weight of the billet. The shaped portions are then automatically transferred to a receiving conveyor with an adjustable discharge height.

The pace of the entire line is set by a weighing machine, while further equipment - such as a conical rounding machine - operates synchronously. Infinitely adjustable to perfectly match the performance to the team's capabilities.

After operation, the unit should be cleaned, any residual dough removed and the hopper protected with a thin layer of oil. Regular maintenance ensures long and trouble-free operation.

Dough portioning equipment 

The small bread line can come in configurations such as:

  • weighing machine with cone rounder,
  • weighing machine with rounding machine, belt feeder and lengthening machine.

The cone rounder streamlines the process of shaping the pieces, preparing them for further processing. The Teflon-coated cone and troughs, adjustable flour sprinkler and optional blower increase efficiency and reduce dough sticking.

If the line is set up against a wall, it is possible to have a dedicated conveyor belt to the work table, which significantly improves manual extension. These are flexible solutions tailored to the realities of each bakery.
