R2C rollers are designed for intensive, long-term operation. Their main basis is sturdy, powder-coated steel framewhich provides stability and resistance to mechanical damage, while minimising the need for frequent maintenance.

At the heart of the device are two massive granite rollerswhich, thanks to their hardness and resistance, make it possible to grind many products used in the baking, confectionery and catering sectors. The roller can handle not only poppy seeds, but also nuts, sugar, chocolate, pepper, nutmeg and many other ingredients that require fine grinding.

The shredding process involves passing the raw material between two adjustable granite rollers. The distance between them can be conveniently adjusted using the dial, allowing for different degrees of fineness - from coarse pieces to very fine powder. In addition, the machine is equipped with oscillating rear cylinder, which not only rotates around its own axis but also moves laterally, making the crushing process even more accurate and efficient.
