They are extremely efficient, easy to clean and simple to operate. They are ideal for production in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Operation of planetary beaters

With one of the three tools that come as a set with the machine, the beater will beat:

  • in a 20 litre boiler - a maximum of 9.6 kg of dough from 6 kg of flour (with 60% water content),
  • in a 30 litre boiler - a maximum of 16 kg of dough from 10 kg of flour (with 60% water content),
  • in a 40 litre boiler - a maximum of 20 kg of dough from 13 kg of flour (with 60% water content),
  • in a 50 litre boiler - a maximum of 24 kg of dough from 15 kg of flour (with 60% water content).

You have the option of purchasing additional beater accessories such as boilers, wands and other tools at any time.

The machines have been equipped with appropriate safety features to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Confectionery beater design

  • Main body - cast iron,
  • Planetary gearhead, driven by V-belts (quiet operation),
  • Boiler - stainless steel,
  • Working tools - stainless steel.

Assembly, implementation, warranty and post-purchase support

As the beater easily fits on a pallet, we send it to the customer via courier service. Very clear and understandable instructions on how to start up and operate the beater are included with the unit. Our service team is also available and provides telephone support 24 hours a day.

The beater comes with a 12-month warranty. We also provide a post-warranty service.

All beaters offered by our company have the documents required for operation: Technical and Operating Documentation, Declaration of Conformity, CE marking.

Financing and leasing

We prefer payment by bank transfer to a bank account. We also help the customer obtain the most favourable sales conditions offered by banks and leasing and lending institutions.
