Automatic Clipper, is a state-of-the-art machine designed for the fast and convenient closing of pouches containing various types of food products, such as bread, biscuits, confectionery or confectionery. The machine uses high-quality clips CLIPBAND with a width of 8 mm and a length of 40 mm, which guarantee a durable and aesthetically pleasing closure.

The device is equipped with thermal date counter with drum change system. Thanks to its simple design, date conversion is carried out in no time at all - simply slide out the safety axle and set the appropriate fonts. The cylinder system eliminates the risk of losing the date marking elements, making the whole process as safe and convenient as possible for the operator.

An additional facility is vacuum systemwhich removes air from the pouch even before the clip is tightened. This solution significantly extends the freshness of the stored products and improves the aesthetics of the final packaging.

The machine was built on mobile frameThis allows it to be easily moved around the production facility. Robust castors with brakes ensure both mobility and stability in operation. The maximum capacity of the machine is up to 1800 pieces per hour, making them ideal for plants with high production volumes.

Thanks to the use of intelligent controllerAll machine functions are presented on a modern HMI touchscreen panel. Intuitive operation and clear messages allow the operator to work comfortably and without problems. The entire structure is made of polished stainless steel, which makes it easy to keep the unit clean and ensures high hygienic standards.
