Product description

  • Electric fryers of the SP type are used for frying doughnuts, fritters, fish and other products that require quick preparation in oil.
  • All components of the unit are made from the highest quality OH18N9 acid-resistant steel.
  • Simple forms and a bowl profiled towards the tap - the oil drain - make cleanliness a breeze.
  • The heaters, together with the control panel, are a component that can be removed from the bowl for a quick wash or to clean the bottom of the bowl.
  • To ensure maximum safety, the heaters at the control panel in the non-oil-submerged zone do not heat up and have a dead zone.
  • Excellent insulation prevents the fryer and bowl covers from heating up.
  • The fryer has a safety thermostat to prevent overheating and burning of the oil if the controls are damaged.
  • The LED on the control panel indicates by the colour of its illumination that the oil is heating or has already been adequately heated.
  • The heaters are raised above the bottom of the bowl, which prevents crumbs, flour, etc. from burning.
  • The handles of the basket are made of non-heating material.
