Bag blower

Blower is a device designed to facilitate the packaging process by automatically blowing plastic bags of different sizes. Depending on the configuration, the equipment can be made as module mounted directly on the slicer or as stand-alone, independent unitwhich can be positioned anywhere in the production line. This makes the blow molder ideal for both smaller plants and larger production halls.

The machine allows the blowing of bags which are formed into packs and clipped with sleeves or wireswhich significantly speeds up the process of opening them and preparing them for filling. The blown pouches are wide and stable open, minimising the risk of packaging errors and facilitating both manual and machine filling.

The standard range of adjustment includes hole spacing of 40 mm to 140 mmThis makes it possible to handle various pack sizes. In addition, the machine is designed to work with bag lengths of up to 500 mm (in the standard version). Customisation is available if non-standard dimensions are required.

The blower is equipped with its own powerful fan powered by 230 Vwhich is designed for continuous operation. As a result, the unit ensures uninterrupted and stable operation even at high production intensity. The construction of the equipment has been designed to guarantee a long service life and operational safety.

Operating the blower is extremely simple and intuitive. The operator does not need any special training - all that is required is to set the correct spacing and start the fan to get the unit ready for operation. Its ergonomic design makes it conveniently compatible with other packaging equipment, and its compact dimensions facilitate installation and daily use.
