WEBER shop cooker design
- Construction of the WEBER shop oven structure begins in the welding department
- The resulting structure is then sandblasted and coated with a special heat-resistant coating.
- Then the heaters, controllers and other electronic components are assembled.
- One of the final stages of production is insulating the oven with special wool. Precisely because of the very good insulation, WEBER shop cookers have thermal inertia, which is important in the first days of their operation.
- Once the oven has been manufactured, final tests can be carried out by baking the oven to baking temperature for 2 days. The oven can then be operated immediately.
The WEBER shop cooker can be equipped with:
- the potting shed,
- loading apparatus,
- cooker loading system.
Installation and implementation of a shop cooker
- upon delivery of the cooker, the purchaser and the personnel who will be working on the cooker receive full training in the use of the cooker
