Product description
The LARGE rotary oven uses traditional and proven technical solutions. It is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Burner mounted on the back wall on the left side of the cooker
- Space for two types of trolley:
1200×800 mm - 1 trolley or 800×600 mm - 2 trolleys
- Exhaust fan outside the oven
- Hood
- Double glazing in the door for very good insulation of the baking temperature
- Electromechanical control panel
