Breadcrumbs grinder

The mill is designed for efficient and precise grinding of dried bread for breadcrumbs, making it indispensable in bakeries, patisseries and catering establishments.

Standard equipment includes two interchangeable sieves:

• one trapezoidal, designed to tear 2-3 day old bread into larger pieces,
• the other with holes with a diameter of FI 4 mmwhich allows dried bread to be ground into fine breadcrumbs.

The mill is characterised by with a capacity of up to 40 kg per hourThis allows efficient work on medium and larger productions. Operation of the unit is simple and intuitive, making the work comfortable and requiring no specialised training.

The entire device is made of stainless steelwhich provides high durability, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, while meeting the stringent hygiene standards required in the food industry.
