The line-up consists of:
- weighing machine with rounding
- two-row intergenerational plant
- stamping machine
The machine housings are made of high-quality stainless steel. The two sprinklers fitted allow the flour to be distributed on the empty inter-garter pocket and on the dough.
The moulding elements in the divider and the embossing moulds in the stamping machine are interchangeable and their configuration is very easy.
5 types of different pistons, 5 drums and 3 sizes of punches allow the machine to be configured to produce an assortment from a mini bun of 15 grams to bread over 250 grams.
The Teflonised hopper allows the loading of dough weighing 15 kg. The capacity of the line, depending on the configuration, ranges from 1,200 to 3,200 pieces per hour.
The machine has a compact small design, weighs 640 kg and is mounted on wheels with brakes.
The easy-to-read personalised control panel has the option to be controlled from a computer via a dedicated app.
