The process of automation is advancing in every area of our lives. In addition to self-service checkouts, self-service bread slicers have been appearing in self-service shops for several years. A self-service slicer, according to the regulations, must have safety features to prevent the consumer from interfering with the machine while it is in operation, in order to avoid cuts or other injuries. Attractive design and additional illumination of the interior of the machine during operation are also important.

Operation of the self-service slicer

  • The consumer, having selected the bread at the self-service counter, places the loaf in the machine after lifting the loading flap,

  • The consumer observes the slicing process through an illuminated window on the front of the machine,
  • Once the slicing process is complete, the machine returns to the initial settings and the receiving window lowers smoothly, giving access to the sliced bread,
  • you can already take the bread and put it on the packaging strip,
  • the window closes smoothly and the machine goes into waiting mode.

Installation, implementation, warranty and support after the purchase of the self-service slicer

  • delivery of the machine to the bakery outlet is carried out by our specialised transport and carried out by experienced staff,
  • the implementation and training process takes place on site,
  • There is a video on our website with instructions on how to use the machine and a step-by-step illustration of the process of changing the blades. NOTE This activity should be carried out by experienced personnel,
  • a sticker is affixed to the side of the machine with the emergency number for a quick direct service consultation with our employee,
  • we provide permanent access to slicer knives.

We provide a guarantee on new equipment - 12 months. We also provide post-warranty service.

Financing and leasing

If you wish to purchase a SELF SERVICE self-service slicer, we issue a pro-forma invoice and on its basis you should make a payment to the indicated bank account number. All equipment sold by Bagmasz is also available in a leasing offer.

Before shipping, we place a binder with all the necessary operating documents in the crumb drawer.

Knives can be ordered by telephone with the company's VAT number and delivery address if different from the invoice.

We also offer servicing of slicers previously purchased by you with the option of a replacement machine and the dispatch of knives from a renowned Belgian manufacturer for all other slicer models.
