Action

Technical specifications
Bloweris a machine that, depending on the type, can be designed as a system installed on the slicer or as an independent device used for the blowing of plastic bags of various capacities. The blow-moulding machine allows plastic packaging to be blown from sleeve- or wire-bound packs. It has been adapted for permanent operation. Operation of the device is intuitive and safe.
Clipper The K-18 is a semi-automatic machine whose role is to feed the clipping tape, print the closing date, cut off and also close with a clip the article placed in the film packaging. These steps are performed automatically. By hand, the bag is inserted and removed. Surfaces that may come into contact with the packaged article are made of acid-resistant steel 1H18N9T or other materials approved for food contact.
Application: The K-18 clipping machine is used for closing bags of bread or other products with a "clip", which is a secure and aesthetic addition to the packaging. A special integral part of the clipper - the PRINTER - solves the problem of the closing date. The clip can be opened and resealed several times.
Thanks to the packaging system, we are able to pack up to 1,000 loaves of bread/ 1 hour.
