Advantages of semi-automatic and automatic roll dicing machines

Nowadays, consumers expect fresh rolls of many shapes, weights and a variety of compositions from suppliers. Traditionally, round rolls are at the forefront of the range. In the artisan segment, therefore, it is impossible to do without dividers and rounders. Doughnut manufacturers also value such machines. Operation and construction of dividing and moulding machines

• The user of the divider-rounder weighs out a portion of the dough and forms a round piece. This piece of dough is allowed to rest for a while and expand a little on the work table.
• When the dough has reached the appropriate technological parameters, remove excess flour, place the dough on a tray and form a pancake.
• The dough tray is placed in the machine:

a) The semi-automatic control on SPA SA models 11,15, 18, 22, 30, 30s and 52 removes the need for the operator to use physical force. The process of forming the presa in the headspace and dividing it rests with the hydraulic mechanism. The operator merely activates the rounding process with a side lever.

b) The fully automatic version on SPA A 11, 15, 18, 22, 30, 30s and 52 models does not require any physical strength from the operator at all, so it can be recommended wherever female personnel make up a significant part of the crew.

Retention and maintenance

When the dough dividing machine is finished, the flour must be cleaned, the cover removed and the remaining dough pieces removed. CAUTION !!!! Under no circumstances should Teflonised head components be scraped or scrubbed.
