The units are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to intensive use and the kitchen environment.

How does a pass-through dishwasher work?

The principle behind the pass-through dishwasher is based on a constant flow of baskets of dishes through the washing stages. The dishes placed in the basket enter the washing chamber, where rotating spray arms under high pressure remove dirt from every surface.

This is followed by rinsing with additionally heated clean water, ensuring not only the removal of detergent residues but also a high level of hygiene. On tunnel models, this process can be extended to include a blowing and drying stage, allowing the dishes to be reused almost immediately.
