The DP dosing - filling - decorating machine, is a pneumatic device for semi-liquid products.

All dispensers in the DP series can be equipped with a variety of accessories made to customer requirements:

• Decorating and stuffing plates

Prices for optional accessories are determined on a case-by-case basis on the basis of dimensions, application and customer requirements.

Doughnut stuffers are made entirely of acid-resistant steel. The offer includes single-needle, two-needle, side and automatic stuffers.

The simple and durable design of the stuffers allows for easy disassembly and quick cleaning of parts. They are also characterised by high durability over a long service life.

Our fillers can also be used for stuffing tubes and other confectionery products. The side fillers can be successfully used, for example, to put marmalade, jellies on cakes.

Confectionery decoratoris a device for applying fondant. We can decorate both individual products and entire trays with products. The maximum width of the surface to be coated is 60 cm. Smooth control of the pump and adjustment of the speed of the conveyor cords allows for different thicknesses of the applied fondant. We can achieve a uniform surface, a striped, checkered or diamond effect. The pomade is heated in the container, from where the pump pumps it to the outlet nozzles. The unit is simple to use and easy to operate.
