Silo systems are generally based on the operation of a pump drawing a measured portion of flour into a hopper above the mixer, although in order to reduce costs we also make installations with a screw feeder.

If the customer decides to additionally equip the installation with a weighing system, then we install a programmer with a Polish "menu", which shows information on the display, among other things:

• the current weight of the flour in each silo
• archive consumption

The system monitors minimum and maximum fill levels (acoustic siren).
