The bread line offered by BAGMASZ takes into account the current need to reduce the costs associated with human labour and increases productivity and streamlines the production process. The use of our machines makes it possible to obtain reproducible, identical final products, thus eliminating the problem of overweighting. Bread divider

The divider eliminates very cumbersome and difficult human labour. It divides the dough with a very high accuracy of weighing out the pieces, ensuring the same weight of the bread produced. A distinguishing feature of our weighing machines is that they weigh out pieces of both stiff and very loose dough.

Conical rounding machine

Its use guarantees an optimal rounding of the dough piece. The cone and troughs are coated with Teflon, which prevents the dough from sticking, while the housing is constructed of stainless steel.

Static intermittent plant

The use of a static proover (between rounding and lengthening a piece) allows the dough to relax, improve its structure and facilitate the bread lengthening process. Thanks to the static proover, the growth of the pieces takes place in a conditioned atmosphere. The Disval static proover machine is a machine in which the dough feed is controlled by a photocell. Its design (thanks to transparent covers) allows observation and control of the dough rise. All parts that come into contact with the dough are coated with Teflon or plastic, which prevents the dough from sticking. The felt dough baskets are replaceable. It is possible to manufacture the entire structure in acid-resistant steel. Disval's static intermittent bakery can hold up to 500 loaves of bread at a time.

NOTE!!!
Static proofer: a piece of dough stays in the same bowl for the entire proofing period; most machines on the market continually dump all the pieces into successive bowls.

Extender

With the lengthening machine, the highest quality and 100% repeatability of the bread produced can be achieved. It features stepless, infinite adjustment of the dough rolling elements and an adjustable pressure plate, allowing you to get the final product exactly as required. The extender can be used for different types of dough, and the gradual and gentle shaping ensures an excellent loaf forming result even for heavier types of dough.
