WEBER confectionery ovens

Electric confectionery oven is designed for use in both confectioneries and bakeries. It provides excellent baking results and guarantees even baking. The oven casing is made of stainless steel. The advantage of the oven is the traditional baking on stone hertz without forced air circulation, which ensures the maintenance of the appropriate microclimate inside the baking chamber, so that the baked products are not dried out, are characterised by low weight loss.

The glass door and steaming on each module make this oven an excellent appliance.

The cooker has:

  • Three chambers (number of chambers can be combined to suit individual requirements) with a proofing room
  • The temperature of each module can be individually controlled from 0 to 300 degrees C.
  • Fogging on each chamber (oven also for bakery products)
  • Internal lighting in each compartment
  • Easy observation during baking through the large glass batch door
  • Separate heating control for top and bottom (two control thermostats per chamber)
  • Each module switched separately (independent operation of each chamber)
