Product description
DOMINA confectionery machines
DOMINA belongs to the earlier generation of machines . It is irreplaceable in the production of fine confectionery products.
The use of a pump head (interchangeable with a roller head) also allows the handling of liquid dough. The design of both heads leaves the dough virtually undisturbed, which translates into high product quality.
The mechanical design, the wide range of dies and tips and the computer control allow virtually any cake shape to be produced, the limit being only the confectioner's imagination.
The high-speed, freely programmable PLC can store up to 56 programmes. It is also equipped with a large liquid crystal touch panel.
The ease of programming, the variability of parameters puts DOMINA at the forefront of the world, and the way it communicates with the machine eliminates the constant reference to the operating manual.
The machine's compact dimensions and swivel castors allow it to be moved freely in any workshop
Biscuit machine - when is it worth buying?
The purchase of a machine becomes worthwhile when manual extrusion of cakes begins to limit the pace of work and the studio's ability to grow. If the number of orders increases and maintaining repeatable quality becomes a challenge, biscuit machine allows you to regain control of the process.
This solution is particularly recommended for:
- small and medium-sized patisseries that want to increase productivity without expanding their team,
- plants embarking on production automation,
- studios producing a variety of shapes of cakes, sponge cakes, tartlets or semifreddo,
- companies that have hitherto used confectionery sleeves and want to speed up their work.
How do you choose a cake machine? What to look out for?
The choice of the right machine should be dictated not only by performance, but above all by versatility and ease of use.
Key elements to look out for:
- Type of head and working with different doughs - A good biscuit machine can handle both hard and semi-liquid doughs. The interchangeable heads (cylindrical and pumped) allow the mass to be moulded without disturbing its structure, maintaining the ideal quality of the products.
- Possibility to create different shapes - The wide range of dies and tips allows almost unlimited cake moulding. This is crucial when producing a diverse range and introducing new designs.
- Control and programming - A state-of-the-art touch-panel PLC allows multiple programmes to be stored and cake patterns to be changed quickly. Intuitive operation reduces set-up time and eliminates the need to constantly refer to the instruction manual.
- Compact dimensions and mobility - Equipped with swivel castors, the machine easily changes its position in the workshop, which makes it easier to organise the production space and increases working comfort.
- Robust design and reliability - The sturdy, mechanically refined design guarantees a long service life of the unit and trouble-free operation even with intensive use.
