BREAD DIVIDER
Bread divider eliminates very strenuous and hard human work.It divides the dough with very high precision of weighing pieces and at the same time it warrants equal basis weight of bread produced.The distinctive feature of our dividers is weighing out the pieces of both stiff and very loose dough.All of the electronic hardware mounted in the divider is made by Panasonic.
DEVICE CHARACTERISTICS
- the divider weighs precisely dough pieces from 250 g to 1350 g

- adjustment of pieces’ weight is conducted with a knob (mechanically), with which we can control what amount of dough is to be passed by the piston onto the conveyer belt

CONICAL ROUNDER
Its usage guarantees optimal rounding of a dough piece.The cone and the chutes are coated with teflon, which prevents dough from sticking, whereas the housing is made of stainless steel

STATIC PROOVER
Usage of a static proover (between rounding and lengthening a piece) allows dough rebounding, improvement of dough structure and facilitation of the bread lengthening process.Thanks to the static proover pieces’ growth is performed in an air-conditioned environment.In the Disval’s static proover machine passing the dough is controlled by a photocell.Its structure (due to the transparent covers) allows observation and dough growth’s control.All components that are in contact with the dough are coated with teflon or substance, which prevents the dough from sticking.Felt-cloth dough baskets are removable.There is a possibility to make the whole structure from acid-resistant steel.Disval’s static proover can contain up to 500 bread loaves in one load.WARNING!!! static proover:a dough piece is placed in the same bowl for the whole period of proofing; most devices available on the market throw all the pieces into consecutive bowls all the time.

Thanks to the moulder the highest quality can be obtained, as well as 100% repeatability of bread produced.It has stepless, fluent regulation of dough rolling elements and an adjustable pressing plate that allows obtaining the final product exactly as required.The moulder can be used for various kinds of dough, and gradual and smooth forming guarantees a perfect result of loaf forming, also for heavier dough types
