    Product description

    Small bread line is a configuration of some devices of a complete bread line.

    Bread divider with a conical rounder.

    Bread divider eliminates very strenuous and hard human work.It divides the dough with very high precision of weighing pieces and at the same time it warrants equal basis weight of bread produced.The distinctive feature of our dividers is weighing out the pieces of both stiff and very loose dough. All of the electronic hardware mounted in the divider is made by Panasonic.

    DEVICE CHARACTERISTICS

    • the divider weighs precisesly dough pieces from 250 g to 1350 g
    • it weighs both loose as well as stiff dough
    • adjustment of pieces’ weight is conducted with a knob (mechanically), with which we can control what amount of dough is to be passed by the piston onto the conveyer belt
    • a numeric scale helps with dermining the weigh of the wanted piece
    • we can also adjust the working speed of the machine (efficiency), mechanically as well, with a CVT transmission by turning the knob
    • efficiency: 1000 – 2100 pieces per hour
    • closed circuit of piston greasing, minimal oil consumption, 2 litres tank
    • the divider can work along with the built-in clock that counts dough pieces and turns off the device
    • hopper for 200 kg of dough with a cover secured by a microswitch, may be bigger or smaller
    • the bread divider is provided with belt conveyor height adjustment
    • the structure of the device is simple, which makes it failure-free
    • the bread divider has a very precise and well visible scale
    • the machine is provided with a regulated flour duster

    Conical rounder

    Its usage guarantees optimal rounding of a dough piece.The cone and the chutes are coated with teflon, which prevents dough from sticking, whereas the housing is made of stainless steel
