Additionally the bread band can be provided with bag packing system.Such system is composed of, beside the slicer, a bag blower and a clipping machine.

Bag blower is a device that, depending on version, can be made as a system mounted on the machine or as an independent device for blowing plastic bags of various sizes.
Bag blower allows to blow bags from packets clipped with muffs or wires.The width of hole spacing is 40 – 140 mm for bag length up to 500 mm (for standard version).
Bag blower has its own fan working at 230 V.It is adapted for continuous labour.
Operating the device is very easy.

ThePAK-TREND K-18 clipping machine isa semi-automatic device whose purpose is passing the clipping tape, printing the closing date, cutting off and closing with a clip the product placed in the bag.
All the actions are conducted automatically.The very placement and taking out the bag is conducted manually.
All surfaces that may be in contact with a product packed are made of 1H18N9T acid-resistant steel or other materials approved for contact with food.

Application:
PAK-TREND K-18 clipping machine is used for closing bags for bread or other products with a “clip” that makes a reliable and aesthetic supplement of the package.Special, integral part of the clipping machine – PAK-TREND 01 printer solves the problem of closing date.The clip can be repeatedly open and re-close.
