In 2006, under the conditions of 4 PPiC, an article was published under the significant title "13 years for bakers", in which the advantages of Agiv Forni stoves and their several-year presence on the Polish market were widely discussed. We would like to mention that the Agiv Forni company was taken over by a larger entity. Due to the fact that the quality of the products, the present company has kept the existing production technology and the well-known products.
- Mr. Manager. What influenced your decision to purchase a tube furnace at Bagmasz?
- I have to admit that making such a decision is never easy, but in my case a few things helped me. First of all, I had all the information about the working conditions and operation of this device at my disposal. I knew that I was choosing a tube oven, which, thanks to its traditional design and high-quality baking, is still one of the most popular ovens in Polish bakeries. Most stoves on the market do not have such heat accumulation capabilities, which translates into the quality of baking. Others, in turn, are expensive and complicated novelties which, despite several decades of history in the West, for obvious reasons, have not gained popularity there. On the other hand, the Agiv Forni stove sold by Bagmasz has all the advantages of a tube furnace, and with several solutions it positively stands out on the market from similar furnaces. It is also important that I was able to visit my colleagues who have been baking for years on similar, because "22-meter" Agiv Forni ovens. I was then able to confirm three things on the spot. First of all - the quality of baking. Second - low fuel consumption. Finally, failure-free operation of this type of devices, which, as is commonly known, results from their simple construction.
- Therefore, we already know your reasons for making the purchase decision. Now, please tell us from the kitchen, how the installation and commissioning of the stove you purchased looked like.
- As for the Bagmasz company, I had no concerns and doubts, because I have been using their bread line for a long time. It was similar without any problems this time. The works lasted 4 and a half days. After this time, it is time to gradually start the furnace in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Only now did I understand why the users of these furnaces praise the old proven solutions so much. This is easy to understand when looking at baking, the economy and the simple and reliable design of the oven.
- Perhaps at the end you would be tempted to summarize your purchase briefly.
- I have already talked about the advantages of Agiv Forni tube furnace several times; if I were to find any flaws, maybe I would indicate a slightly longer assembly and start-up time than with other furnaces.
