The grinding machine mod. R2C is the ideal machine for pastry shops, pastry and food industries.
A modern system for fastening the scraping blades makes it reliable and also very fast and easy to clean.
The perfectly ground porphyry cylinders may be separated from each other by a hand wheel and yet they still remain perfectly parallel.

The back cylinder oscillates along its axis for better refining.

Technical features:

• Base and shoulders in steel sheet; 
• Nr. 2 ground porphyry cylinders; 
• Complete with scraping blade and product collector; 
• Hopper and guards in stainless steel; 
• Cast-iron gears in oil bath; 
• Cylinders can be spaced of over 15 mm for refining big almonds/hazel-nuts; 
• Provided with accident-prevention guards; 
• Supplied with wheels; 
• Protected electric system in low tension 24V; 
• Conformity with EC norms.
