    Product description

    These ovens are ideal for small bakeries, however can also work very well in larger bakeries as a second oven for the baking of smaller products such as, baklava, pizza, pie, pastry, cake, sponge and all other yeast having dough types. Mini deck ovens are modular, versatile and could be manufactured as multi decked. An under built prover is installed under the oven. Each deck heat can be controlled individually from 0-250⁰C. Glass doors and steaming for each deck make deck oven excellent. Stone soles, manufactured of special heat resistant cement which accumulates and stores heat very well. Due to the power economizer electricity consumption is reduced.
